Having successfully completed the Company Directors Course (Australian Institute of Company Director's - AICD) in 2004, Davide Bosio has gained over 14 years of experience serving on public company boards as a Non-Executive Director.

Over this journey Davide has worked primarily alongside producers, junior exploration and technology companies, often navigating the formative years of development as companies grow through a combination of strategy and planning. Davide is regarded as a valuable board member, particularly when board strategy needs to be defined and often when turnaround strategy or ‘transformational change’ needs to be executed.

With a strong background in capital markets, project acquisition and investor engagement, Davide continues to seek opportunities to work with companies at a board level or as an advisory board member to achieve their strategic ambitions.
